After Glow DMCA Policy

After Glow respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on After Glow infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing content, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material to be removed (include URL, username, or screenshot).
  4. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice with the same Designated Agent. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was wrong, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentation Liability

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
