Your safety is our top priority. Here's how we help, and how you can help yourself.

How we protect the community

• Photo verification: every profile photo is checked against the user's selfie before going live. No catfish, no stolen photos.
• 24/7 moderation: a combination of automated content scanning and human review for reported profiles, messages, and media.
• Easy block & report: a single tap removes any user from your view and notifies our safety team.
• Age verification: 18+ only. We use date-of-birth verification at signup plus identity checks for users who report being underage.
• NSFW filtering: explicit images in chat or profile photos are flagged automatically and removed.

How to report someone

If a user makes you uncomfortable:

1. Tap their profile.
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
3. Choose Block (instant) or Report (sends to our safety team).

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If you reported a serious issue (threats, harassment, illegal content), we may follow up with you for additional context.

Tips for meeting safely

• Take your time. Chat in-app before sharing personal details (phone, address, social handles).
• Video chat first. Before meeting in person, hop on a quick video call. Many fake profiles refuse to do this.
• Meet in public. First meetups should be in a public place (coffee shop, mall, restaurant). Avoid private homes or remote locations.
• Tell a friend. Share your meetup plans (who, where, when) with a trusted friend. Use your phone's location-sharing.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, leave. You don't need a reason. Your safety comes first.
• Don't send money. If someone asks for money, gift cards, or crypto — it's a scam, no matter how good the story sounds.
• Drink mindfully. Keep your drink in sight; don't accept drinks you didn't see poured.
• Have your own transportation. Drive yourself or use a rideshare app. Don't rely on the person you're meeting for a ride home.
